Conditions for Refund

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• A full refund is available if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.
• Partial refunds may be granted if cancellations are made more than 7 days before the scheduled rental date, deducting any applicable service fees.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations within 7 days of the rental date, except in exceptional circumstances.
